Andrew is a chartered engineer with over forty years’ experience in the feasibility, design and implementation of infrastructure projects as part of multidisciplinary teams and for the last thirty years in the preparation of EIAs, Assessment of Environmental Effects, EM&A programmes and implementation of EMPs.

Resident: Hong Kong (17 years), New Zealand (13 years), UK (6 years), Yemen (3 years), Saudi Arabia (1.5 years).

Projects in Central Asia: Kyrgyzstan (10 months), Tajikistan (3 months), Azerbaijan (3 months), Armenia (1.0 month).
Other projects in Asia: Sri Lanka (3 months), Indonesia (2.5 months).
Projects in the Middle East: Yemen (3 years on site), Saudi Arabia (1.5 years on site)
Projects in the Oceania / Pacific: New Zealand (11 years), Australia (2 months), Papua New Guinea (2.0 months), Vanuatu (1.5 months), Samoa (1 month), Solomon Islands (1.0 month), Tonga (1.0 month)

In 2024, Andrew will be based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Andrew has time set aside for training on Mondays. He will not be taking phone calls and email responses may be delayed.

Covid. Andrew has received two doses of the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine and all available booster doses. With his vaccination status upto date Andrew is available for international travel.
